Concerts

Photography and filming are two of my great loves, and over the years I have photographed and filmed a number of concerts and festivals. 

Two years in a row, in 2013 and 2014, I was one of the photographers for Incubate. Incubate was an annual multidisciplinary arts festival held every September in Tilburg, Netherlands. The festival provided me with the opportunity to photograph legendary artists, and resulted in a small claim to fame, as The Quietus used one of my photos as the header for a review of the festival.

In addition to a number of videos, including the music video for Heroes for Ghosts I shot for them, I also photographed my friends from The Gathering a number of times, most notably for their 25th anniversary celebration in 2014, for which I shot 2500 photos, a large number of which ended up on the cover of the album and in the accompanying photobook. 

Other projects include filming GeselXL festival and The Chapelsessions in 2010 for Dutch broadcaster VPRO.
